Offers
Offers are valid for one calendar month from their original date.
Prices
The prices indicated in our offers and/or order confirmations are net and inclusive of every possible discount or reduction. The alloy surcharge is included, unless otherwise expressly specified, whereas VAT is always excluded. Prices are valid for materials in stock and available for delivery in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the document itself.
Orders
We accept written orders sent by regular mail, fax or email. Telephone orders are accepted only as a special convenience for Customers, but are still the Customer's full responsibility and at its risk. Orders can be canceled no later than 3 days from receipt; in any case, cancellation is valid only if accepted and confirmed by Precisinox S.r.l.
Delivery terms
The time required for the preparation of in-stock materials depends on the processing required, and except in special cases takes from 1 to 3 working weeks.
Return of goods
All materials are delivered ex-works (EXW).
Transportation to the Customer transportation can be arranged on request for an additional charge, which will be shown in the Invoice. Packaging is usually included in the cost of the material. Plastic spools and special packaging (e.g. extraordinary-sized, armoured packaging or wooden boxes) are not included in the cost of the material and will be billed at their cost.
Payment
Payment is normally cash on delivery. For regular Customers with repeated and continuous supplies, we can stipulate payment by Bank Transfer with a 60 days delay.
