Description and uses
7C27Mo2 SGH CHROMFLEX
Martensitic chromium stainless steel with the addition of molybdenum, hardened and tempered; it has got superior mechanical properties, a high level of surface finish and reduced non-metallic inclusions. The tempering removes all shape defects and internal stress, adds high resistance to fatigue and wear, while the addition of molybdenum ensures excellent resistance to corrosion compared to an AISI 420 standard product.
7C27Mo2 SVS FLAPPER
Martensitic chromium stainless steel with added molybdenum, hardened and tempered. Designed, developed and manufactured specifically for the creation of compressor valves, it is characterised by: high tensile strength, high resistance to fatigue from stresses caused by bending and impact, excellent surface finish, low level of non-metallic inclusions, good dimensional tolerances, good flatness, good resistance to wear.
