Description and uses:
7C27Mo2 SGH CHROMFLEX
Tempered and tempered martensitic chromium stainless steel with added molybdenum features excellent mechanical properties, a high-quality surface finish, and minimal non-metallic inclusions. Tempering ensures freedom from dimensional defects and internal stresses, very high fatigue strength, and good wear resistance, while the addition of molybdenum ensures excellent corrosion resistance compared to standard AISI 420.
7C27Mo2 SVS FLAPPER
Molybdenum-containing martensitic chromium stainless steel, tempered and annealed. Designed, developed, and manufactured specifically for the production of compressor valves, it features high tensile strength, very high fatigue resistance under bending and impact stress, excellent surface finish, low levels of non-metallic inclusions, good dimensional tolerances, good flatness, and good wear resistance.
