Conditions

Offers are valid for one calendar month from their date.

The prices indicated in our offers and/or order confirmations are net and include any possible discounts or reductions. Unless otherwise expressly specified, the value of the alloy surcharge is included, while VAT is always excluded. Prices are valid for materials in stock and for supplies according to the terms and conditions described in the document itself.

We accept written orders sent to us by post, fax, or email. Telephone orders are accepted solely for the customer's convenience, but are at the customer's sole responsibility and risk. Orders may be cancelled no later than 3 days after receipt; in any case, cancellations are valid only if accepted and confirmed by Precisinox Srl.

For materials in stock, the preparation time required is, depending on the processing required and except in special cases, 1-3 working weeks.

Materials are delivered ex works (EXW).
Free delivery to the customer can be arranged upon request for a surcharge which will be shown on the invoice.
Packaging is normally included in the material cost. Plastic reels and special packaging (such as oversized, armored, or wooden boxes) are not included in the material cost and will be invoiced at cost.

Payment is generally due upon delivery. For regular customers with repeated and continuous deliveries, payment by bank receipt can be arranged with a 60-day extension.
